Color:
Light yellow with subtle greenish hues. Clear, transparent and sparkling – a visual testament to its freshness.
Aroma:
Elegant nose with accents of citrus peel, lime, green apple and white flowers. Light nuances of herbs and minerality emphasize the Mediterranean character of the variety.
Taste:
A fresh, tight and harmonious white wine. The taste unfolds lemon, grapefruit, green pear and herbal nuances. It is distinguished by a lively but pleasantly integrated acidity and a clean, long, mineral finish.
Food pairings:
It goes well with white fish, mussels, squid, shrimp, seafood risotto, citrus salads, pasta with vegetables and goat cheese. Also wonderful as an aperitif.
