Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Elenovo region, Thracian Lowland - one of the most suitable regions in Bulgaria for growing international varieties. The climate is temperate-continental with warm days and cool nights, which favors the accumulation of aromas and the preservation of acidity. The soils are well-drained, with a clay-sandy composition.
Vinification:
The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness. Part of the wine ferments and ages in oak barrels, and the rest - in stainless steel vessels. This approach adds complexity, softness and a fine balance between fruit and woody nuances.
