Produced by Chateau Avli, a family winery located in the village of Glushnik, at the foot of the Grebenets Mountain, part of the Thracian Lowlands. The winery focuses on sustainable viticulture and winemaking, combining traditional methods with modern technologies.
Varietal composition: 100% Kaladoc
Terroir: The vineyards are located on limestone soils with rich mineral content. The climate is moderately continental with influence from the nearby mountains, which favors slow ripening and the accumulation of aromatic compounds.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. After a short maceration and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruity aromas of the wine.
