Produced by Villa Raiano, a family winery founded in 1996 in San Michele di Serino, Campania. The winery focuses on local varieties and terroir-expressed wines, such as Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino and Taurasi
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Montefusco, Tufo and Altavilla Irpina at an altitude of between 500 and 550 meters, on calcareous-sandy and clayey soils. The climate is temperate with cool nights, which contributes to preserving the freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked in early October. After a careful pressing, fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 16°C for a period of four months on fine lees.
