Terroir: The vineyards are located in cool areas of the Central Valley, where the sea breeze and temperature amplitudes contribute to the development of fresh, aromatic wines with pronounced acidity.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested in the early morning hours, fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromas of citrus and green fruits.
