Organoleptic characteristics
Color:
Light pink with salmon highlights. Clear, airy and extremely attractive visually.
Aroma:
Delicate and fresh aroma with notes of strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, pink grapefruit and red apple. Syrah adds spicy fruitiness and a subtle exotic nuance, while Merlot brings softness and juiciness. The nose is clean, slightly floral and very harmonious.
Taste:
A fresh, elegant and tight rosé with dominant flavors of red fruits – strawberry, raspberry and cherry, complemented by citrus freshness. The acidity is bright and lively, and the finish is clean, fruity and pleasantly refreshing.
Food pairings:
A wonderful choice for salads, seafood, sushi, pasta with light sauces, soft cheeses, Margherita pizza, bruschetta and all summer appetizers. Also ideal as an aperitif.
