Produced by DiVes Estate Winery – a boutique winery located in close proximity to Cape Chirakman, near Kavarna. The winery was created with the mission to combine modern technology with the characteristic terroir of the Northern Black Sea coast and offers wines with a clearly expressed origin and style.
Varietal composition: Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Simeonova Mogila area, on sandy-limestone soils with a maritime influence. The proximity to the Black Sea provides natural ventilation and cool nights, which help develop balanced acidity and intense aromas.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo gentle pressing after short contact with the skins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels, with part of the wine aging on fine lees to improve texture and depth.

Aroma: Delicate notes of ripe strawberry, cranberry and dried herbs
Taste: Fresh and elegant with well-balanced acidity, subtle fruity nuances and a mineral finish
Food pairing: Recommended with grilled tuna, goat cheese salad, beef tartare or roasted zucchini with pine nuts
