Produced by Medi Valley Winery – a modern family winery located near the village of Smochevo, at the foot of Rila Mountain. Created with the philosophy of sustainable and minimalist winemaking, the winery focuses on varieties grown in ecologically clean conditions and hand-picked.

Variety: Melnik 55 + Rubin + Mavrud + Merlot

Terroir: As a style, rosé is a wine category that allows for an abundance of styles as a result of various creative solutions. The moment of separation of the juice from the skins and the methods of fermentation then determine the type and intensity of the aromas. In this wine, harmony has been achieved between the aromas of four red varieties. The Medi Valley style has been preserved, consisting of aristocratic elegance, flowing from one tone to another, fruitiness of the aroma and tenderness of the taste.

Harvest date: September 21 / October 15

Vinification: Maceration with the solid parts for 6 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel for 45 days at a temperature of 14-16°C.
