Produced by Yamantievi Winery – a small family winery located in the Eastern Rhodopes, in the Ivaylovgrad region. The winery was created with the idea of reviving winemaking in the region, combining manual care for the vineyards and a modern approach to vinification.
Varietal composition: 100% Pinot Noir
Terroir: The vineyards are located near the Arda River, on sandy-stony soils with good drainage. The region is distinguished by mild winters, long sunny summers and a strong influence from the Mediterranean Sea, which contributes to the elegant and soft character of the wines.
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes in the early morning hours. After a short contact with the skins and delicate pressing, fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel vessels. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees for a denser structure and aromatic complexity.
