Variety: Shiroka Melnika Loza, Cabernet Sauvignon
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Melnik region, at the foot of the Sarnena Sredna Gora. The soils are sandy-clay with good drainage and mineral composition. The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for growing local varieties.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is not aged in oak barrels to preserve its freshness and fruity aromas.
