Dalakov Кvevri Mavrud 2022 is a refined Bulgarian wine produced by Better Half, Zmeevo village, which combines the traditional Bulgarian Mavrud variety with the unique technique of fermentation in qvevri, giving density, minerality and expressive character.

Varietal composition: Mavrud
Location: Produced from a selection of vineyards in the area of the village of Zmeevo, Thracian Lowland.
Terroir: Clayey-sandy soils with good drainage, temperate continental climate with warm summer days and cool nights, which provides concentrated aromas and good acidity of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and fermented in traditional qvevri, which allows for natural development of flavors and minerality. The wine is aged in qvevri for a certain period to develop a complex profile and structure.
