Variety: Syrah + Cabernet Franc + Grenache

Terroir: The vineyards are located on a variety of soils, including sandy-clay and limestone, in a temperate continental climate with over 3000 hours of sunshine per year. This creates excellent conditions for growing red varieties with a pronounced aromatic profile.

Vinification: Hand picking and selection of grapes, followed by direct pressing at low pressure. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures using pure wine yeast cultures. The wine is then blended, clarified and stabilized.

Organoleptic characteristics

Color: light pink with delicate copper hues

Aroma: expressive and sophisticated bouquet with notes of red fruits, combined with floral nuances and a light citrus scent

Taste: fresh, with a silky texture, with accents of red fruits and a slight salty aftertaste; balanced acidity and a long-lasting mineral finish that gives the wine elegance and freshness

Food pairings: on its own or with seafood, grilled vegetables, goat cheese salads

Serving temperature: 8°–10°C

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
