Produced by Chateau Kopsa – a family winery located in the heart of the Rose Valley, in the Karlovo region. The winery combines tradition and innovation, using its own vineyards and modern technologies to create high-quality wines.
Varietal composition: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
Terroir: The vineyards are located on hilly terrain with southern exposure, on limestone-clay soils. The region is characterized by a warm, dry climate, favorable for the full ripening of the grapes and the development of a rich aromatic profile.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo careful selection. After a short maceration and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels. The wine is briefly aged on the lees to give texture and complexity.
