Terroir: The vineyards are located in Bulgaria, in areas with a continental climate, suitable for uniform ripening of the grapes. The soils are mainly sandy-clay, which provides good drainage and concentrated aromas.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and vinified at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and fruity aromas. The wine does not undergo intensive wood aging to emphasize the purity and freshness of the fruit profile.
