Dry red wine (Bulgaria)
Grape varieties: Rubin, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Location: Produced from a selection of vineyards in the Thracian Lowland - one of the most suitable regions in Bulgaria for growing red varieties.
Terroir: Diverse soils with predominantly clay-sandy and limestone compositions. Temperate continental climate with warm summers and mild winters, which allows for good ripening of the grapes and concentration of aromas and tannins.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and undergo careful selection. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a long maceration. The wine is aged in oak barrels to develop complexity, structure and finesse.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep dark ruby color. Rich and complex aroma with notes of black fruits - blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe cherry, combined with nuances of chocolate, vanilla, spices and light tobacco. The taste is dense and powerful, with well-integrated tannins, excellent balance and a long, memorable finish.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C
