Description

Liqueur wine "Kagor" has a deep ruby color, aromas of cherry jam and chocolate, which are complemented by slightly hinted oak notes from aging in oak barrels. Suitable for consumption with desserts, coffee and tea, slightly chilled.

PROCESSING:

Blending of high-quality dry wine from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties with grape concentrate from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon must and ethyl alcohol. The grapes are crushed, the grape must (juice) is fermented, the fermentation is interrupted by adding alcohol to increase the alcohol level. Grape concentrate from must of the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties is added (concentrated using a vacuum that sucks out the water) to correct (increase) the sugar content. Aged in exhausted barrels for about 4 years.
