Four Friends Estate – a boutique winery located in the village of Gorno Botevo, near the city of Stara Zagora, in the heart of the Thracian Lowlands. Founded by four friends united by their passion for wine and terroir, the winery focuses on high-quality, handcrafted wines with a modern style and a distinct character of the region.

Terroir:
The vineyards are located on southern slopes in the area of ​​the village of Gorno Botevo, in the Thracian Lowlands – an area with rich clay-sandy soils and an ideal balance between heat and moisture. The climate is continental with a slight Mediterranean influence, which ensures even ripening and a high concentration of aromas.

Vinification:
The grapes are hand-picked and undergo strict selection. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels to preserve the varietal aroma. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels, which gives depth, softness and complexity.

Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma:
Intense and fruity nose with nuances of blackcurrant, ripe cherry and black plum, complemented by touches of vanilla, cedar and light spiciness.
Taste:
Structured and elegant, with very good body, harmonious tannins and a long, warm finish with notes of dark chocolate and spices.
Food pairings:
Suitable for red meats, beef steak, roasted ribs, game and mature cheeses.
