Description

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Novo Selo region, near the banks of the Danube. The soils are calcareous-clayey with good drainage, and the climate is temperate-continental with cool nights, which give the wines elegance and freshness.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and fermented at a controlled temperature. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels to develop a softer profile and delicate notes of vanilla and cherry.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light ruby with ruby glazes.
Aroma: Fine and fruity, with notes of cherry, raspberry and vanilla.
Taste: Elegant and balanced, with juicy fruit nuances, a slight spiciness and a soft finish.

Food pairings: Suitable for pork chops, beef burger, roasted vegetables or pasta with tomato sauce.

Serving temperature: 14°–16°C
Aging potential: 3–4 years

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
