Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Pays d'Oc region of Languedoc-Roussillon, on limestone-clay soils. The climate is Mediterranean with hot days and cool nights, which contributes to preserving the freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a short maceration at low temperature. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14–15°C, after which the wine is aged on fine lees, with 20% of it aged in oak barrels for additional complexity.
