Produced by the Edoardo Miroglio winery, located in the village of Elenovo, at the foot of the Balkan Mountains. The winery is known for its focus on varietal characteristics and terroir expression, combining traditional and modern technologies to create high-quality wines.
Varietal composition: 100% Chardonnay
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Elenovo region, where the terroir is extremely suitable for growing Chardonnay. The soils are sandy-clay, and the climate is moderately continental, which favors slow ripening and the accumulation of aromatic compounds.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo careful selection. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature. About 30% of the wine is aged for 5 months in new French oak barrels, which gives the wine additional structure and complexity.
