Angel's Estate is located near the village of Banya (Nova Zagora), in the heart of the Thracian Lowlands. The winery is known for its modern style, focused on terroir-expressed wines, created entirely from its own vineyards, grown under sustainable practices.

Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Terroir: The vineyards are located on southern slopes at the foot of Sredna Gora, on clay-limestone soils with good drainage. The area is characterized by long, dry summers and cool evenings, which help the accumulation of ripe aromas and preserve freshness in the grapes.

Vinification: The cooled grapes pass through a vibrating table for manual selection of the bunches. The crushed grapes enter a 3 cubic meter pneumatic press, where the berries are pressed whole to 1.2 Bar. Cold enzymatic clarification and fermentation with a pure culture of wine yeast. Batch blending, clarification and stabilization.

Color: playful straw yellow with crystalline reflections

Aroma: extremely intense, fresh aroma, a delicate mosaic of citrus and exotic fruits, juicy peach and lemon cake

Taste: elegant structure with a hint of lemon freshness

Serving temperature: 10-12°C

Aging potential: 3 years, at a storage temperature of 13 - 18 ºС and a humidity of no more than 85%.
