Terroir: The vineyards are located in the southern regions of Bulgaria, with soils that are predominantly sandy-clay and limestone, providing good drainage. The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which create optimal conditions for growing these varieties, preserving their freshness and aroma.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vessels. The wine undergoes aging in oak barrels for 4 months.

Colour: Light golden yellow with slight green hues.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with notes of citrus fruits, green apple and slightly floral accents.
Taste: Light to medium body with well-balanced acidity, giving the wine a crisp structure. The taste is fruity and intense, with a long and balanced aftertaste.
Food pairings: Suitable for seafood, fish dishes, pasta with cream sauces, salads and white rind cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 3 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
