Boyar Winery, Pomorie – founded in the 1990s, the winery combines tradition and modern technology, with a focus on high-quality blended wines from the Black Sea and Thrace regions. The Family Tradition line is oriented towards everyday, balanced wines with a good terroir signature.

Climate: Maritime influence, ensuring slow and even growth of the grapes, as well as good acidity
Vinification:
Manual or selective mechanical picking
Short maceration of the skins to obtain a light pink color
Fermentation in stainless steel vessels at low temperature
Short aging on the lees to achieve softness and volume

Aroma: Bright fruity notes of strawberries, raspberries, grapefruit and fine herbs
