Varietals: Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the area of the village of Zmeevo, with soils that are mainly sandy-clay and limestone, providing good drainage. The climate is continental with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates conditions for the slow ripening of the varieties, preserving their freshness and aroma.
Vinification: The grapes undergo fermentation using traditional methods and with minimal intervention to preserve the natural aromas of the varieties. Aging in stainless steel vessels to preserve the freshness and intensity of the fruit aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light pink with light coral reflections.
Aroma: Fresh and fruity, with notes of strawberries, raspberries and a slight citrus feel.
Taste: Light to medium body with well-balanced acidity that gives the wine a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense, with light spicy and mineral nuances.
Food pairing: Suitable for fresh salads, fish dishes, grilled chicken with lemon, pasta with vegetable sauces and white rind cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 2–3 years, with the wine retaining its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
