Château Miraval is an iconic estate in Provence, created in partnership with the Perrin family, which has established itself as one of the most recognizable premium rosé styles with a pronounced terroir and a modern look.
Dry Rosé Wine (AOC Côtes de Provence, France)

• Grape Varietals: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle
• Location: Produced from a selection of vineyards near the village of Correns, just north of Brignoles in the heart of Provence.
• Terroir: Clay and limestone vineyards, partly on terraces, located at an average of 350 meters. Cool climate for the area with large temperature fluctuations between day and night.
• Vinification: The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning and sorted twice. Stem removal. Direct pressure for Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. Syrah is vinified partly using the "saignee" method. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (95%) and in barrels (5%) with batonage.
• Organoleptic characteristics: Beautiful light pink color. On the nose, a fantastic bouquet with delicate aromas of white fruits, freshly picked strawberries and floral notes. The body is complex, with raspberries and wild strawberries, wild herbs, citrus, wet stones. The wine has a refreshing acidity, thanks to the altitude at which the vineyards are located, and a distinct, long, lively finish.
