Terroir: Local Veronese vineyards of Valpolicella give rise to Chiareto Bardolino Monte del Fra - a fresh wine, aromatic with fruity and floral notes. In the southern part of the classic Bardolino area, in the Sommacampagna subzone (southeast of Lake Garda), an old vineyard with exceptional characteristics, located on hills with moraine descent at 100~150 meters above sea level, with calcareous, clay, gravel and sandy soil, offers a unique opportunity to create elegant but easy-to-drink wines.
Formation of the vines: French Guyot
Harvest: from September to the first ten days of October
Vinification: Traditional vinification of white wine with a short cold maceration in contact with the skins for 24 hours. Next comes the separation of the juice equal to 20% of the crushed grapes and static decantation. Long fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.
