Rose Pasquier Desvignes Côtes de Provence is an elegant French rosé produced in the heart of the Côtes de Provence region – one of the most prestigious rosé wine regions in the world. This wine is created in the typical Provençal style – fresh, dry, with delicate aromas and exceptional sophistication.
Varietal composition: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault (possible proportions according to the harvest)
Terroir: The vineyards are located on hilly terrain close to the Mediterranean Sea, with limestone and stony soils that provide excellent drainage and give the wine minerality and elegance.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, without contact with oak, to emphasize the pure fruit character and delicate structure.
