Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the area of the village of Mogilovo, at an altitude of about 350 m above sea level, with a southeast exposure. The soils are sandy-clayey, well-drained, with a high content of limestone. The climate is continental with clear differences between day and night, which helps preserve the aromas and freshness of the grapes.
Vinification:
- Hand-picked at optimal phenolic ripeness
- Grape sorting and delicate pressing using the “saignée” method
- Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (12–14°C)
- No oak contact, in order to emphasize the fruit and varietal character
- Short aging on fine lees for additional softness and structure
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Pale pink with salmon hues
Aroma: Fresh and delicate nose with dominant aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries), white cherries, citrus and floral nuances
Taste: Light, elegant and balanced, with a pronounced freshness, fine structure and a pleasant fruity-mineral finish

Suitable as an aperitif or in combination with spring salads, light pasta dishes, grilled chicken, grilled fish, goat cheese, sushi and fruits.
