Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Provence region, with soils that are mainly calcareous and sandy, providing excellent drainage. The climate is Mediterranean, with warm summers and cool evenings, which creates ideal conditions for the slow and even ripening of the varieties, preserving their freshness and aromas.
Vinification: The grapes undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine does not undergo aging in oak barrels to preserve the freshness and fruity character of the varieties.
