Grape variety: Pinot Grigio (100%)
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Veneto region, with soils that are mainly calcareous and sandy, providing excellent drainage. The climate is continental, with warm summer days and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for the slow ripening of Pinot Grigio and the preservation of its freshness and aromas.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine is not aged in oak barrels to preserve the freshness and intensity of the fruit aromas of the variety.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: Pale pink with slightly golden highlights.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with notes of raspberries, strawberries and light citrus accents.
Taste: Light to medium body with balanced acidity, which gives the wine a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
Food pairing: Suitable for seafood, oysters, fish dishes, salads with citrus dressings and pasta with herb sauces.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 2 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
