Bottega winery was founded in 1977 in Valdobbiadene and is known for its elegant prosecco wines with a modern approach and attention to sustainability. It strongly emphasizes the typicality of the Glera variety and the precise processing of the grapes.
Varieties: Glera, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Terroir: the vineyards are located on the hills near Treviso, on well-drained clay soils, with a temperate climate and cool nights - conditions that contribute to freshness, minerality and aromatic purity
Vinification: primary fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks; second fermentation according to the Charmat method (in an autoclave) with a stay of about 2 months on the lees. The wine is Extra Dry (residual sugar about 12–17g/l)
