Description

Bottega is a family winery with a long tradition, known for the careful selection of grapes and the production of exceptional sparkling wines using the traditional Prosecco method.

Variety: Glera

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG appellation, on sandy-clay soils with a temperate continental climate and cool evenings that promote freshness and the preservation of acidity.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, primary fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method to obtain fine bubbles and an expressive fruit profile.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light yellow with golden highlights and fine bubbles.
Aroma: Notes of green apple, pear and delicate citrus nuances.
Taste: Light body, fresh acidity, balanced fruit and citrus nuances, elegant finish.

Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, fresh salads or pasta with a light sauce.

Serving temperature: 6°–8°C
Aging potential: 1–2 years

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.

For customer convenience, orders placed by 3:30 PM can be picked up on the same business day by 4:30 PM from the warehouse of “Meik-98” Ltd. (Sofia, 13 Filip Kutev Street).
