Description

Winemaking: Carefully selected, hand-picked grapes from clay-rich and marine-type marl soils give the wine intense mineral and floral notes. The winemaking process is slow, at a low, controlled temperature (between 12 and 14°C) using selected yeasts. The result is very fine bubbles, softness and a unique creaminess.
The benchmark in the Canevel range: a dry and silky sparkling wine with a delicate aroma of ripe apples and spicy notes. Canevel sparkling wines are characterized by fine, elegant bubbles like silk, thanks to the original method - the so-called "Setàge" (the term comes from "seta", silk in Italian).
Characteristics: Prosecco Canevel has a pale straw color, bright and lively with abundant bubbles and a fine, elegant perlage. On the nose, a delicate aroma of golden apple and spicy spices is felt.
Serving suggestions: The favorite aperitif for all occasions, which is drunk with fresh summer appetizers, vegetables, sushi, oysters and fish tartare.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
