Description

A refined sparkling wine created using the traditional method by the established Dopff au Moulin winery in the Alsace region. Cuvée Julien is distinguished by the finesse, elegance and well-balanced style characteristic of high-quality Crémant wines.
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in Alsace, a region with a semi-continental climate, sunny days and protected from precipitation by the Vosges Mountains. The soils are diverse (limestone, clay, sandstone), which contributes to complexity, minerality and expressiveness.
Vinification:
Produced using the classic method (méthode traditionnelle) with a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged on the fine lees to develop a creamy texture, fine bubbles and a complex aromatic profile.
Organoleptic characteristics

Colour:
Light gold with a fine and persistent perlage.

Aroma:
Fresh and elegant nose with notes of green apple, pear and citrus, complemented by delicate nuances of brioche and white flowers.

Taste:
Well-balanced body with lively acidity and a fine creamy character. The finish is clean, fresh and long.

Food pairing:
Suitable for aperitif, seafood, fish, light appetizers, white meats and soft cheeses.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
