Terroir:
The vineyards are located in Alsace, a region with a semi-continental climate, many sunny days and limited rainfall, thanks to the protection of the Vosges Mountains. The soils (limestone, clay and sandstone) contribute to a pronounced minerality and elegant structure.
Vinification:
The wine is produced using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. After prolonged aging on the fine lees, complexity and fine perlage are achieved. The Brut Nature style means no added sugar after disgorgement, resulting in an extremely dry and clean profile.
