An elegant sparkling wine, created using the traditional method in the heart of Bourgogne by the prestigious Albert Bichot winery. The Brut Réserve style offers finesse, freshness and classic French elegance, an excellent alternative to champagne.
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in Burgundy – a region with a temperate continental climate and limestone soils that give minerality, freshness and a pronounced character to the wines. The combination of climate and terroir is ideal for producing high-quality sparkling wines.
Vinification:
Produced using the classic method (second fermentation in the bottle), the same used in Champagne. After primary fermentation, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and ages on the lees to develop complexity, fine perlage and a creamy texture.
