Description

Graziano Prà is a family winery with roots in winemaking for several generations, located in the Montebellune region of Veneto. Known for its focus on organic and sustainable practices, the winery works exclusively with local varieties and strives to clearly express the terroir of each area, including Valpolicella.

Grape variety: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Valpolicella valley, on hilly terrain with limestone and clay soils, at an altitude of around 200–250 m. A temperate climate with day-night amplitudes contributes to preserving the freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maceration is short, in order to maintain a light and fruity style. Aging is for several months on fine lees in stainless steel, without contact with oak.

Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma: Fresh and airy nose with nuances of cherry, wild strawberry and violet, highlighted by notes of herbs and black tea.
Taste: Light to medium tannins, lively acidity and juicy texture. The finish is fruity, clean and refreshing.
Food pairing: Suitable for pizza Margherita, pasta with vegetables, light meat dishes or spicy sausages.
Serving temperature: 14°–16°C
Aging potential: Up to 3–4 years after harvest

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
