Description

Claude Val – a collection of wines created under the auspices of Les Domaines Paul Mas, one of the leading producers in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, France. Claude Val wines are inspired by the Mediterranean spirit and present an accessible, modern style with an emphasis on freshness, fruit and balance.

Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the South of France, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Cévennes mountains, on clay-limestone and sandy soils. The climate is typically Mediterranean, with lots of sun and little rainfall, which allows for ideal grape ripening and the development of a rich aromatic profile.

Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine does not undergo oak maturation in order to preserve the fruit character and freshness to the maximum.

Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma:
Pleasant and expressive nose with aromas of red fruits – cherry, strawberry and raspberry, complemented by light notes of spices and violets.
Taste:
Medium-bodied, soft and harmonious, with delicate tannins, lively acidity and a smooth, fruity-spicy finish. A light and elegant wine with a typical southern character.
Food pairings:
Suitable for roasted chicken, pasta with tomato sauce, sausages, cheeses and pizza.
Serving temperature: 15°–17°C

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge. * Free delivery excludes all products from categories: Water, Beer, Bag-in-Box, Soft Drinks.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.

We would like to inform you that, as of 01.10.2025, the working hours of Meik-98 Ltd. will be changed as follows:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 16:30 PM (delivery to address or on-site service).
Saturday and Sunday: closed.

Monday to Friday: same-day delivery orders will be accepted until 10:00 AM.
For customer convenience, orders placed by 3:30 PM can be picked up on the same business day by 4:30 PM from the warehouse of “Meik-98” Ltd. (Sofia, 13 Filip Kutev Street).
