An elegant red wine from Central Italy, created by Montepulciano, which represents the typical style of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC – fruity, soft and well-balanced. The Vulgaris series is aimed at the modern consumer, combining tradition and accessibility.
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Abruzzo region, between the Adriatic coast and the Apennines. The climate is temperate with a strong maritime influence, warm days and cool nights, which supports the development of rich aromas and good acidity. The soils are varied – calcareous and clayey, providing structure and depth to the wine.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then undergo classical fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Part of the wine may be aged for a short time in oak barrels to add softness and complexity without dominating the fruity character.
