Angel's Estate is located near the village of Banya (Nova Zagora), in the heart of the Thracian Lowlands. The winery is known for its modern style, focused on terroir-expressed wines, created entirely from its own vineyards, grown under sustainable practices.
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Terroir: The vineyards are located on the southern slopes at the foot of Sredna Gora, on clay-limestone soils with good drainage. The area is characterized by long, dry summers and cool evenings, which help the accumulation of ripe aromas and preserve freshness in the grapes.
Vinification: Hand picking and sorting of the grapes. Optical sorting of the grapes. Cold maceration in thermally insulated stainless steel fermenters of 7000 l each. Controlled alcoholic fermentation with post-fermentative maceration. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Aroma: captivating and intense of blackcurrant, blueberries, black pepper, and blackberries
Taste: balanced; the body is juicy and powerful with high and ripe tannins; with a complex and dense finish
Food pairings: lamb, game; hard cheeses: cheddar, parmesan; dishes with red wine sauce or barbecue; truffles, dried mushrooms, caramelized onions
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Aging potential: 6-8 years, at a storage temperature of 13 - 18 ºС and humidity no more than 85%.
