Variety: Blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot)
Region: Bulgaria, Danube Plain (Veliko Tarnovo region)
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes from a single-vineyard; fermentation in stainless steel vessels, followed by aging in oak barrels (partly new) to build complexity and structure.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep ruby color with violet hues; intense aroma of black fruits - blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, combined with notes of spices, chocolate, vanilla and light oak; the taste is full and harmonious, with ripe tannins, good concentration and a long, elegant finish.
Food pairing: Suitable for roasted and grilled red meats, game, dishes with rich sauces and aged cheeses.
