Grape variety: 100% Tamyanka
Terroir: Vineyards in the Thracian Lowlands, on sandy-clay soils. The climate is moderately continental, aided by the waters of the dam, which enriches the fruity and floral characteristics of the grapes
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and vinified at a controlled temperature. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts and retention on fine lees are used to maximize the aromatic potential of the variety.

Aroma: Intense floral nose with notes of rose, indriche, lychee, citrus and honey
Taste: Fresh and elegant, with medium body, pronounced acidity and a long fruity finish
