Muscat Ottonel 2024 from Rumelia is an aromatic white wine produced in Bulgaria, which impresses with the intense and floral character typical of the variety. It is distinguished by elegant freshness, expressive aromatic profile and pleasant softness in the taste.
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Panagyurishte region, part of the Thracian Lowland - one of the most suitable wine regions in Bulgaria. The climate is temperate continental with warm days and cool nights, which favors the accumulation of aromatic substances in the grapes. The soils are well drained and contribute to the balance and finesse of the wine.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, in order to maximally preserve the characteristic muscat aroma. Fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel vessels, in order to preserve the freshness and aromatic intensity of the variety.
