Varietal composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Gorno Botevo region, on sandy-clay soils with good drainage. The climate is moderately continental with warm days and cool nights, which favors slow ripening and the accumulation of aromatic compounds.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. After a short maceration and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is briefly aged on the lees to give texture and complexity.
