Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Climate: Temperate continental, with over 3000 hours of sunshine per year and over 110 clear days. Hot dry summers with warm nights. Mild and warm winters. No spring frosts or frosts.

Soils: Sandy and sandy-clay, clay-limestone.

Vinification: The cooled grapes pass through a vibrating table for manual selection of the bunches. The crushed grapes enter a 3 cubic meter pneumatic press, where the berries are pressed whole to 1.2 Bar. Cold enzymatic clarification and fermentation with pure wine yeast culture. Blending of batches, clarification and stabilization.

Organoleptic characteristics

Color: Sparkling moon color with characteristic green accents

Aroma: A wine that delights with an explosive richness of aroma, in which subtle vegetal and floral nuances, reminiscent of acacia, pink grapefruit and lemongrass, intertwine.

Taste: Fresh and balanced with a memorable fruity finish

Development potential: 2-3 years, at a storage temperature of 13 - 18 ºС and humidity not more than 85%.

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
