Produced by Zelanos Winery, located in the village of Slavyantsi, in the eastern part of the Valley of Roses. The winery is known for its focus on varietal characteristics and terroir expression, creating wines with a distinct personality.
Varietal composition: 100% Misket (red misket)
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Sarahana and Yala Dere areas, in the village of Chubra - an area known for its favorable conditions for growing misket. The soils are sandy-clayey, and the climate is moderately continental with a maritime influence, which favors slow ripening and the accumulation of aromatic compounds.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. After cooling to 10–12°C, fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate aromas of the variety.
