Variety: Chardonnay (100%)
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the region around Yambol, where the climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates excellent conditions for growing Chardonnay. The soils are clay and limestone, which provide good drainage and support the development of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vessels. The wine is not aged in oak barrels to preserve freshness and fruity aromas.

Color: Golden yellow with green hues.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with notes of citrus, green apple and slight vanilla accents.
Taste: Light to medium body with high acidity, giving the wine a refreshing structure. The taste is balanced and fruity with a pleasant, long aftertaste.
