Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc – an elegant white blend from Via Vinera Carabunar Estate, combining the finesse of Chardonnay with the aromatic freshness of Sauvignon Blanc. The 2024 vintage presents a balanced and modern wine, in which fruity expressiveness, freshness and elegant structure are harmoniously intertwined.
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Thracian Lowlands – a region with excellent conditions for growing white varieties. The climate is temperate continental with the influence of warm air currents, ensuring good ripening of the grapes and preservation of freshness. The soils are diverse, with good drainage and mineral composition.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, and the two varieties are vinified separately. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels to preserve the aromas. Then the final blend is created, which emphasizes the balance between freshness and density, without the influence of oak.
