Description

Terroir: The wine is created from a single vineyard (Single Vineyard) in the Sandanski region – part of the Struma Valley. The soils are rich in minerals, with predominantly sandy-clay textures, and the climate is warm, with a clearly pronounced Mediterranean influence, which favors the full ripening of the variety and the accumulation of aromatic and flavor potential.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness. After careful selection, they are pressed completely, without maceration. Fermentation takes place entirely in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature, after which the wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months with periodic batoning, which adds additional texture and complexity.

Aroma: Complex nose with pronounced notes of ripe peach, roasted nuts, vanilla and oak
Taste: Dense and elegant body with well-integrated structure, buttery notes and a long, soft and balanced finish
Food pairing: Suitable for mature cheeses, roasted poultry, white meats with milk or butter-based sauces and mushroom pasta
Serving temperature: 10°–12°C

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
