Variety: Chardonnay (100%)
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Mendoza region, at the foot of the Andes, with soils that are mainly sandy-clay and provide excellent drainage. The climate is continental with large temperature amplitudes, which allow Chardonnay to ripen slowly and maintain its freshness and aromatic qualities.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at controlled temperatures in steel tanks. The wine does not undergo aging in oak barrels to preserve the freshness and intensity of the aroma and flavor of the variety.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: Golden yellow with light coppery highlights.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with notes of ripe apples, citrus fruits and slight vanilla accents.
Taste: Medium-bodied with well-balanced acidity, giving the wine a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense with a creamy aftertaste.
Food pairings: Suitable for roast chicken with herbs, pasta with cream sauce, fish dishes, white-rind cheeses and mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 10°–12°C
Aging potential: Up to 3–4 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
